Our booking office is open Monday – Friday 09.00– 5pm and Saturday from 09:00 – 12.00. Please call our staff to make a booking over the phone on 02-43401245 or complete an online booking form.

You need to enter the time of your flight on this form. Once confirmed we will advise you of your pick up time the day before you travel. Check our timetables on the services page to find the ideal bus service for your travel requirements.

At the International Airport we meet our passengers and McDonalds on the ground floor inside the terminal. Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on. At the Domestic T2 Terminal, the meeting place is inside the terminal at baggage carousel 6, meet our driver there after you have obtained you luggage. Please have your mobile phone switched on. In the Qantas T3 terminal we will meet you inside the terminal at baggage carousel number 3. Please have your mobile phone switched on and wait for the driver to contact you.

We are a door to door shuttle bus service. We will pick you up from your home and drop you to the Domestic or International Terminal, Airport Hotel, Central Railway Station or Overseas Cruise Ship Terminals.

We schedule passengers to arrive at the domestic terminals approximately 1 hour prior to flight departure time. This allows you to meet the 30 min check in requirement for most Domestic carriers. For International flights the airlines will require you to be at check-in anywhere between 2 to 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time depending on the airline and the destination of your flight. We generally schedule passengers to arrive at the airport 2 to 3 hrs prior to departure. If you prefer longer please let our staff know at time of booking

It is the passenger’s responsibility to advise us of any delays Please advise us of any delays as soon as possible by email or by phone. The staff will provide options to you in regards to your shuttle transfer.

We offer a discounted rate of travel if you meet at one of our Hot Spot Pick up / Drop off Points. The Hot Spot Locations are:
  • Doyalson Metro Service Station
  • Ourimbah Freeway Rest Area
  • Kariong Interchange – Mt Penang Gardens
  • Bateau Bay Shopping Centre
  • Erina Fair
  • Woy Woy Railway

We offer a meet and greet service which provides you with the opportunity to meet family / friends or transport children under the age of 16 years to the airport and back at a reduced rate.

We offer a reduced rate for groups of 4 or more travelling from the one address. We also offer considerable discounts for larger numbers, groups to events and the like. Please contact us either using the “Obtain a quote” form on the home page or call the office on 4340 1245 during normal office hours.

Our standard baggage allowance is one (1) large checked-in bag, and one (1) carry-on bag. Anything additional to these items is classified as extra baggage. The most common excess baggage items include; golf clubs, surfboards, snow skis, bicycles and large numbers of suitcases. There is an additional cost for any extra luggage. When making a booking please ensure you inform our staff if you are taking any of these items or book online

Our drivers can offer assistance with carrying your luggage to and from your front door to our bus. Due to Sydney Airport Security Regulations we cannot assist you with your luggage into the terminals at Sydney Airport as the driver must remain with the bus at all times. If extra assistance is required you can arrange airport assistance with the airline you are travelling with.

Central Coast Shuttle Express operates a set timetable of services. Our first bus for the day arrives at the airport at 6.30am. There are 5-6 services each day with more services added as the need arises. Please check our Services Page for more details regarding our timetable.

Yes. We provide car seats for children up to 7 years of age at no additional cost.

Under bus regulations we are not authorised to transport any animals to and from the airport with the exception of Guide Dogs and companion dogs.

We can offer some transfers to Newcastle depending on our current timetables. Please call the office for confirmation of this service.
